- Browse the UIC website and find a suitable exchange program offered by our partner universities.
- Check for application schedule, important dates and deadlines
- Select relevant courses that are recognised by M.U.S.T., you can seek advice from your teachers or program coordinator.
- Complete the application form
- Submit the application form to the UIC office (Room R722a)
- Participate in an interview organized by the faculty
- Candidate will be nominated to the host institution
- Apply to host institution
- Wait to receive an offer admission from the host institution and other related information
Pre-Departure
- Confirm with the UIC exchange coordinator on your selection of courses
- Apply for a visa
- Purchase flight ticket
- Arrange travel plan and purchase health insurance. Keep a copy of personal insurance policy and number at home
- Arrange your accommodation for the period of exchange
- Prepare a list of important phone numbers, your emergency contact details and your embassy address (in case you lose your passport). Submit a copy to your family and the exchange program coordinator
- Keep a photocopy of your passport with you – and leave a copy at home.
- Make sure you are in good health
- Bring medication and/or prescriptions for medicine or glasses, translate into English, if necessary
