The MUST Faculty of Law successfully hosted the online academic lecture “Anti-Monopoly Regulation of Digital Platforms”at 10 a.m of April 21, 2022. Professor Sun Jin from School of Law, Wuhan University gave the lecture. He is also Director of the Research Center for Competition Law and Regulation Policies and Vice Dean of Network Governance Research Institute of Wuhan University. Assistant Professor Peng Yun Peng acted as moderator of the lecture, Program Director Bi Jing Wei,together with nearly 200 students of the Faculty attended the lecture.
Professor Sun Jin started from the worldwide anti-monopoly trend of digital platforms in recent years, he came up with the existing problems in the anti-monopoly regulations of digital platforms and examined the present concepts of anti-monopoly regulations of digital platforms, and brought forward the ideas of revising laws and innovating mechanism. At the end of the lecture, Professor Sun Jin answered questions raised by students of our faculty one by one. The lecture lasted two hours or more, from which the teachers and students learned a lot.
