Common Course

The University is the first university in Macao that advocates general education. The purpose of a general education program is to bring the educational quality of the University to stand in line with advanced educational philosophies in the international community, shape students’ souls with the essences of human civilizations, lead students to become desirable talents in the era, who are equipped with broad knowledge span, healthy mentality, integrity and characters, refined qualities, scientific spirits and humanistic qualities. The general education program is comprised of three core categories: natural sciences and modern technologies, humanism and social sciences, liberal arts and languages.
