2021-2022 Time Management Workshop Successfully Held

The Student Affairs Office - Psychological Counseling Team will conduct different themed lectures and workshops every year to enhance students' resilience and cultivate positive values. At the same time, we hope to enrich students' college life and promote overall mental health. Time management is an important ability to form independent learning habits. It is not only about some skills and methods, but more importantly, exploring what you want to do.

The Psychological Counseling Team organized "Be a Friend with Time"-Time Management Workshop on November 12th (Friday) in room R407. Through group discussion, sharing, and practical exercises, it assisted students in long-term time planning and short-term time management. Students formulated and adjusted their current time management methods, and learned how to use the three major time management tools: calendar, memo, and time matrix to-do list. All participants actively sharing their own personal experience, time management skills, and resources. Participants concurred that this workshop was helpful, and would practice those skills in their life.

The Psychological Counseling Team will regularly hold lectures, workshops and activities on different topics. We look forward to your participation!
