Time flies and 2023 is coming to the end. The Mental Health Ambassadors from the Macau University of Science and Technology, have held an annual award ceremony on 6th December.
The annual award ceremony has invited the Head of Student Affairs Office, Wong Ka Weng, and the psychological counselors: Ng Lai I, Chan Hang Son, Mak Chong Hin, Hui Chi Wai, Chan Ian U, Pou Mong Lou and Lam Cheng I. Looking back on the 2022/2023 academic year, the Mental Health Ambassadors have successfully held several heart-warming activities like the Orientation event, Thanksgiving Day activity and Training Camp. Thank you for the dedication and the hard work of the member of the Mental Health Ambassadors. Besides making the students feel the warmth in the campus, the series of activity also help to spread positive energy inside the campus.
The Head of Student Affairs Office gave recognition to the Mental Health Ambassadors as a warm family and the team for organizing peer support activities such as Thanksgiving Day and Psychological Culture activity to spread love in the campus. Moreover, she also shared the core values of Macau University of Science and Technology as to encourage the members to keep spreading positive energy throughout the campus in the future.
The senior members also shared their experiences and feelings as being mental health ambassadors. They shared the memories in the team and believed that the team is full of warm and harmonious atmosphere. The new members also sent warm applause and blessings to the senior members.
The ceremony has ended in a satisfactory way. The main theme of the commendation ceremony is windmill, which means that the Mental Health Ambassadors spreading happiness and joy throughout the campus. We hope that all the Mental Health Ambassadors embrace the year of 2023 with an inspiring attitude. We wish all the best for 2024 and we hope that we will continue to be with you in the new coming year.
