The Macau Child Development Association (MCDA), is a non-profit association founded in 2004 by a group of parents and concerned residents. For the past 12 years, MCDA have tried to help Macau reach international standards on basic educational therapy care for children with communication, developmental and learning disorders such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Aphasia and others. MCDA’s goal is to help all children and youth in Macau to grow into healthy, productive, independent, and happy adults by providing training and therapeutic support services, advocating for the inclusion of all children in the community through public awareness and education, and providing supports and training to their families.

Job Description
工作內容

•  Responsible to create 2D digital illustrations, primarily in Adobe Illustrator/SAI/Painter, that are imaginative, thorough, engaging, and consistent with organization objectives;

•  Liaising with designers;

•  Developing visual ideas that suit the brief;

•  Undertaking relevant research and generating ideas.

Requirements
應聘要求

Bachelor degree or above related to Graphic Design and Illustration is preferable, college students are welcome;

Excellent drawing and IT skills;

To be able to work to a brief, solve problems creatively and adapt MCDA’s style;

Creativity and imagination;

Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines;

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

Able to work under pressure;

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
