The program of Bachelor of Pharmacy includes foundation courses, basic biomedical science and chemistry, pharmaceutical science, photochemistry, integrated pharmacy practice/ research project, and pharmacy clerkship. Our program is designed to provide students with the knowledge, technologies, computer docking method, and professional skills to meet the public’s need for safe, efficacious, and cost-effective medicine.
Pharmacy clerkship I-III will be conducted during the summer of the 2nd year, 3rd year, and 4th year or particular period approved by the university. Students may go to local or nearby regional hospital pharmacy, community pharmacy, and pharmaceutical research institutions. The total pharmacy practice time is 360 hours which including community pharmacy clerkship and research project. Research project will be carried out under the guidance of professors for pharmaceutical and/or basic scientific researches.
Pharmacy clerkship IV will be conducted in the last year with a total of 900 hours. This pharmacy clerkship IV is a clinical pharmacy clerkship that allows students to provide pharmaceutical care in the hospital clinical under the guidance of clinical pharmacists. Clinical pharmacy clerkship led to successfully improved clinical skills for students such as being familiar with different practice environments, direct communication whit patients and medical team, and participation in direct patient care activities.

The goal of the Bachelor of pharmacy program at MUST is to provide our graduates with the professional knowledge, skills, and attitude to flourish in the pharmaceutical career setting. Generally, our graduates are attractive for all sectors of pharmacy practice, such as hospital pharmacists, government and non-government pharmacists, clinical pharmacists, industrial pharmacists, and pharmaceutical scientists.
Full-time course of pharmacy:
Students must complete five years of full-time study for graduation. In their final year of study, students will have training in Pharmacy Clerkship. (Effective from the academic year 2018/2019)
