Introduction to Master of Management Studies
The rapid progress of economic globalization has prompted an increase in the demand for management talents in various organizations. At the same time, the continuous development of technology and culture, management thoughts and techniques have also produced significant progress. The Master of Management Studies program aims to train and develop experienced talents, research, and teaching talents in management. The courses are open to fresh graduates of various majors and those who have work experience and are interested in management research.
This program covers the knowledge and skills in management research, including economics, marketing, statistics, decision-making methods, management research methods, legal issues in business management, business ethics and organizational behavior, etc. The program focuses on management theory and research ability as well as on developing the ability to solve practical problems in enterprises, teamwork, and coordination. We train students to develop a theoretical foundation, research ability, and management skills to engage in management research, training, and practical work in various fields. This program is also a preparatory program for cultivating doctoral candidates of philosophy in management.

LG2.3 Students are able to interpret the result of data and information analysis and make recommendations relating to the business strategy and economy policies in specialized areas.
